Taiba 2 Project (Al Hazrah City, Near Madinah, Saudi Arabia)
The Taiba 2 Project in Al Hazrah City near Madinah, Saudi Arabia, is a major ongoing development owned by Jomaih, one of the leading Saudi companies known for its diverse industrial, automotive, and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. Jomaih is associated with global automobile brands such as JMC and Chevrolet, along with several large-scale commercial and industrial ventures.
Modern Ventilation Corner participated in the Taiba 2 project as a specialized HVAC ducting and MEP subcontractor through China Jiangsu International (CJI). Our scope of work included complete on-site duct fabrication and duct installation services to support the project’s HVAC system.
To ensure high-quality and efficient execution, our team mobilized all required duct fabrication machinery and experienced technical staff to the site. We successfully completed the fabrication and installation of more than 8,000 square meters of HVAC ductwork, which included:
- Galvanized Sheet metal duct fabrication
- Supply and installation of GI ducts
- Fittings, accessories, and supports
- Precise alignment, sealing, and insulation coordination
- Quality-controlled on-site manufacturing
- Compliance with Saudi construction and safety standards
Our work contributed significantly to the mechanical scope of the project, ensuring an efficient airflow system, improved ventilation performance, and long-term reliability.
